Asif Fazal

Asif Fazal is a seasoned real estate leader, currently
serving as the Managing Partner at Shubha Real
Space since 2019, where he utilizes his decade-plus
of industry expertise to spearhead comprehensive
property development and management. His role
involves directing the entire project lifecycle, from
initiating complex land acquisition and securing
regulatory approvals to overseeing construction,
sales, and the delivery of projects. He is a specialist in
key financial and operational areas, including
structuring equity investments and joint ventures,
alongside managing critical on-ground challenges
like SRA (Slum Rehabilitation Authority) schemes and
securing legal clearances. This executive
background demonstrates a strong command over
the financial, legal, and developmental pillars
necessary for success in India’s challenging real
estate market

15 years of extensive experience in his field. He holds a
Bachelor’s degree in Commerce and has
demonstrated strong leadership, problem-solving,
and project management skills throughout his
career. Known for his dedication and hands-on
approach, Rajendra has successfully managed
teams, delivered results under pressure, and
contributed significantly to organizational growth. His
professional journey reflects a balance of experience,
knowledge, and continuous learning.

Nasir Jat

Nasir is a highly accomplished professional with a
strong background in finance and project
management. He holds a B.Com degree (1997) and
an MBA in Finance (2000). With 17 years of experience
at Sadbhav Engineering Ltd as a Project Manager, he
has gained extensive expertise in managing
large-scale operations and driving organizational
success. Currently serving as the Chief Operating
Officer (COO), Nasir brings strategic vision,
leadership excellence, and a result-oriented mindset
to the team. He joined the organization on 15th
October 2023 and continues to play a key role in
streamlining processes and ensuring operational
efficiency.
